computers…curse or blessing?

I’m on my laptop this week because I’ve been having computer problems for several days. Still can’t figure out what the problem is, so I’m trying to back up all my important files and pics before doing anything drastic.

My frustration increased when I found that I had missed seeing an email from a customer wanting to order some beads. Not responding to an email for several days does NOT make for great customer service. Thank goodness, she was a repeat customer and knew that I wasn’t always that slow replying to emails. Anyway, I sent an email explaining that I have been having computer problems and would get to work on her beads right away. She responded graciously that computers can be a headache, but without them she never would have found me. How sweet is that? Those few words really put things into perspective for me. So, instead of grumbling while backing up the files on my computer, I’m going to be thinking about all the wonderful people I’ve met.
