Ok, not totally random thoughts. I was thinking about this today while buffing some beads.
I bought The Art of Polymer Clay Creative Surface Effects: Techniques and Projects Featuring Transfers, Stamps, Stencils, Inks, Paints, Mediums, and More recently. Being in full production mode I haven’t had time to really look at the projects and experiment yet. However, while browsing through the book I did read the section on using an electric buffer. I had to chuckle at the part where Donna says, ” Everyone loses control of a piece now and then. If that should happen, stop and collect yourself.” Why did I chuckle? Well, because almost every time I use my electric buffer something gets away from me. And while I do stop and collect myself, there’s also usually some choice words said. LOL!

Oh, yeah. And the times when my dremel buffing goes awry and the bead hits the metal and I have to re-sand Arrrrrgh!!!! LOL
Oh, yeah. I hate when I have to RE-sand something. That definitely deserves a big Arrrrrgh! LOL!
