It was a resounding YES for including a coin in bead photos for size reference. So, I will start including at least one photo with a coin for reference.

Last week was a busy one. Ben had a doctor appointment on Monday, Ben’s school music program was Tuesday evening, daughter’s taxes Wednesday, and finally completed my taxes Thursday. The only thing I worked on clay-wise was some special cane/bead designs for a special customer. Still working on the “perfect” design.
I’ve also been working on some coding for another website, which is part of the reason for lack of beads being made. I struggle with switching back and forth between right-brain and left-brain tasks. I do have some new bead ideas floating around my head, so I hope to get back to the beads this week. The boys get out of school early today and are off Thursday and Friday, so how much I get done depends on how well they are getting along.
I always wondered about the coin too Chris…. I too use to do it.. then was told how tacky it was so quit…. nice to know that it may have been “tacky” but it was a lot of help for those who are actually purchasing the beads!! Jumping on this band wagon too! Thanks for the heads up!
HUGS!
Beautiful beads by the way!!! :0)
Thank Tina! I can tell we were hanging out at some of the same places. LOL! I still don’t think it’s very professional looking, but will be ok as an additional photo.
Yep, I use a ruler with inches and millimeters in it for the same reason – since my currency is not the same as the US one – but it’s always the last pic in my listings.
