Thanks Cara! LOL! Yes exercise can definitely cause some serious injuries. I think gentle exercise is the key....my mind thinks I should be able to do the things I did when I was younger, but my body disagrees. :) Thanks for the feedback Roberta!

I hope your pain is easing! I agree...the spilled paint wasn't really working for me either (other than mixing paint or clay colors is similar), but wasn't sure how to do it. I agree with your opinions on the second one too. The second one (out of the 2) works better but I think the color samples need to be bigger or maybe from the top down instead of the bottom up. I'm not loving the starkness of the black box to put the text in either...it's to heavy and "in your face".
